Q1: Can you do our own packaging?

A1: Yes, you just provide the package design and we will produce what you want. We also have the professional designer can help you do the packaging design.

Q2: How long is your delivery time?

A2: The general delivery time is 30-45 days after receiving your order confirmation. Anther, if we have the goods in stock, it will only take 1-2 days.

Q3: Can you send a sample for us to test?
A3-1: If we have inventory and total amount is small,it's free.
A3-2: If we don't have inventory, sample and freight cost had to be paid by your esteemed company. But we will return the sample cost to you when we receiving your initial order.

Q4: What’s your MOQ?

A4: If we have the products in stock, it will be no MOQ. If we need to produce, we can discuss the MOQ according to customer’s exact situation.

Q5: What’s your tem of the delivery?
A5: Our ordinary delivery term is FOB Wuhan,Shanghai and Guangzhou. We also accept EXW, CFR, CIF, DDP, DDU etc. We’ll offer you the shipping charges and you can choose the one which is the most convenient and effective for you.
